Kim Kee-Hee joins Al-Sailiya SC (Qatar) on a loan deal

Daegu FC announced that Kim Kee-Hee is joining Al-Sailiya SC on a loan deal until next June. 


Kim Kee-Hee was included in the Bronze Medal-winning 2012 Olympics South Korean Football team. Al-Sailiya SC has been reportedly showing interest in the South Korean central defender and Daegu FC’s manager Moacir Pereira decided to let him go since Daegu FC is now several points safe from the relegation zone. 

The 23 year old joined Daegu FC in 2011 as a central midfielder, but former Daegu manager Lee Young-Jin turned him to a central defender when Daegu was suffering from lack of defenders due to match-fixing scandal.


Choi Kang-Hee: Kim Bo-Kyung is better than Park Ji-Sung at that age

Choi Kang-Hee, the South Korean national team manager hailed Kim Bo-Kyung.



“He is better than Park Ji-Sung at that age,” said the 53 year old manager. He does have some impressive memories with Kim Bo-Kyung. While he was coaching Jeonbuk Hyundai, he encountered Cerezo Osaka with Kim Bo-Kyung on four occassions. Kim Bo-Kyung was one of the best players in these encounters.

Meanwhile, Kim Bo-Kyung showed confidence before the game against Uzbekistan. 

“My goal is to win the away game. If I concentrate, goals will follow,” said the Cardiff City midfielder.

Han Sang-Woon scores his first goal in Japan

Jubilo Iwata forward Han Sang-Woon socred his first goal in Japan in the Emperor’s Cup 64-team round match against a regional division team. Jubilo gained an easy 7-0 victory.



Han Sang-Woon joined Jubilo after a dreadful 6-month spell at Seongnam Ilhwa. He got injured in August and is looking forward to return to his usualy form.
