Former J-League Pedro Júnior could return to the Far East

Pedro Júnior’s homepage (http://www.pedrojgol.com/) hinted that he has received several offers including one from Korea.

He played in various J-League clubs including Omiya Ardija, Albirez Niigata, Gamba Osaka and FC Tokyo.

 

The 25-year old striker is currently under contract with Villa Nova.

Jeonbuk’s Luiz Henrique moving to Al Shabab

Today, a reliable source confirmed that Jeonbuk Hyundai’s midfielder Luiz Henrique da Silva Alves (or simply Luiz) will join Al Shabab Al Arabi Club of UAE Pro League.

Young Australian Defender Brendan Hamill is targeted by Seongnam Ilhwa

Seongnam Ilhwa’s manager Shin Tae-Yong, who is looking for Saša Ognenovski’s replacement is now reportedly showing interest in Brendan Hamill, a young promising centre-back at Melbourne Heart.

The 19-year old has played regularly in the Australia U-17 and the U-20 team and has already made appearance in the U-23 team. 

 

 

One Daegu FC player will head Europe

A reliable insider of Daegu FC hinted that one of the Daegu FC players have received offers from Queens Park Rangers and Reading FC. However, because he does not have any national team appearances, he would find it hard to receive work permit in England, so he is reportedly also making contacts with clubs in other European leagues. 

According to the rumor, Daegu FC’s manager Moacir Pereira has also agreed to let him go.

Alex Wilkinson of Central Coast Mariners is set to join Seongnam

Various sources today hinted that Alex Wilkinson of Central Coast Mariners could move to Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma of South Korea as a replacement of Saša Ognenovski who transferred to Umm-Salal of Qatar.

The 27-year old Australian centre-back has played for Central Coast Mariners since 2005 and is the current captain of the team.

Al-Hilal’s Yoo Byung-Soo eyeing a move to Europe

Al-Hilal’s Yoo Byung-Soo is reportedly about to leave Al-Hilal to head Europe.

According to some Saudi Arabian sources, Al-Hilal is approaching several players including Senharib Malki of Roda JC (Netherlands) as a replacement of Yoo Byung-Soo, who might be leaving the Saudi Arabian giant soon.

 

Yoo Byung-Soo, also, implied a move through his Facebook, saying there would be a good news soon. 

 

The 24-year old former Incheon United forward has established himself as a main goal scorer at Al-Hilal; however, he has not featured in the South Korean national team for months.

Jeonbuk’s Huang Bowen moving to Guangzhou?

Chinese press have announced that Huang Bowen is set to move to Guangzhou Evergrande.

The 24-year old Chinese international has been linked with Guangzhou R&F and Dalian Aerbin. Some sources even declared that Guangzhou R&F was about to clinch the deal with Jeonbuk Hyundai before Huang Bowen openly stated that he was happy at Jeonbuk and was determined to remain at the club.

 

However, now it is rumored that Guangzhou R&F’s local rival Guangzhou Evergrande is about to sign him at a transfer fee of $2 million. 

 

The former Beijing Guoan player has established himself as a reliable option for Jeonbuk this season.

Lee Gwang-Jae will return to Korea

Lee Gwang-Jae is rumored to be returning to the K-League after brief spells at Yanbian FC of the Chinese Super League and TTM Chiangmai FC of Thai Premier League.

 

 

Fans of Daegu FC have confirmed that he has been training with the team for weeks.

Lee, 32, played at various clubs in Korea including Gwangju Sangmu (Army), Chunnam Dragons, Pohang Steelers and Jeonbuk Hyundai.

At Pohang, he is regarded as the hero of 2007 K-League Play-off series. Coming on as a substitute in the Play-off series, he led Pohang Steelers to the league title.

Jeju United Defender Ma Chul-Jun set to sign for Jeonbuk
